It's about ready to come out isnt it?

So yesterday Derek and I did a tour of the hospital. Its really nice kinda similar to Hoag hospital so Im really excited. After, We went to dinner and as we were pulling up to grab a ticket from the parking attendant he said "it's about ready to come out isnt it?" I looked super confused and looked at derek thinking "what is this guy talking about"? Then he pointed and said "your baby?" DUH! I started laughing because it was just a really wierd way of putting it. Anyways he wanted me to park in the handicap spot so I didn't have to walk so far. HA-HA!
